#1 A Foggy Brain

Sweet foods make sugar in blood spike and then fall rapidly instead of gradually. If you’re kind of foggy, especially after a meal, you’re probably high on sugar.

#2 Not Sweet Enough

If you ingest a lot of sugar, your taste buds’ tolerance for it goes up, making you need more and more to feel the sweetness.

#3 Fatigue

Food that has lots of sugar in it may give you a boost of energy, but the fall is more like a crash. If you’re frequently tired, you’re probably having too much sugar.

#4 Cravings

Sugar creates addiction, so you will find yourself wanting more and more of it.

#5 Frequent Colds

Excessive sugar gradually weakens your immune system, making you prone to colds.

#6 Skin Problems

Sometimes, the first sign of excessive consumption is skin problems: Acne, rosacea, eczema, or even just excessive oiliness or dryness can be a reflection of too much sugar in your body.

#7 Weight Issues

We may be stating the obvious, but nevertheless. Sugar has no protein of fiber, so it doesn’t lead to satiation, so you will eat some more. This can lead to diabetes.
